ERNAN ROMAN DIRECT MARKETING Ernan Roman Direct Marketing (ERDM) was founded in 1983. We have earned the position of industry leader and innovator due to our pioneering work in developing the methodology of Integrated Direct Marketing (IDMŪ) and the Consensual Marketing Opt-In Process™.

Ernan Roman is the pioneer who created the Consensual Marketing Opt-In Process and the Integrated Direct Marketing methodology. He is the co-author of the first book on opt-in marketing: "Opt-In Marketing: Increase Sales Exponentially with Consensual Marketing," published in June, 2004. The first printing sold out in six weeks.

Ernan personally works with every client on all phases of ERDM's activities, from initial strategy to conducting Voice of Customer Relationship Research interviews to helping clients implement all aspects of ERDM's programs.

Ernan has provided marketing guidance and hands-on implementation work for companies such as Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, Reliant Energy, IBM, United States Postal Service, Computer Associates, Sales Building Systems, Golden Rule Insurance, Starwood Hotels and Applied Biosystems.

He appears regularly on ABC TV to discuss issues facing marketers. In 2004, he was named to "B to B's Who's Who" as one of the 100 most influential people in Business Marketing by Crain's B to B Magazine.

His previous book was "Integrated Direct Marketing: The Cutting Edge Strategy for Synchronizing Advertising, Direct Mail, Telemarketing and Field Sales." His first book, "Integrated Direct Marketing: Techniques and Strategies for Success" has become an industry text book. Marnie has over 20 years of research, marketing and business development experience.

When not conducting Voice of Customer Relationship Research interviews for ERDM, she consults for other select clients in business strategy, planning and research. Harvey has over 30 years of marketing experience with JC Penney and CBS.
